AES International Corporation Partners with SAIC on $495M Contract with USAF

Peabody, MA December, 2009 – Science Application International Corporation’s (SAIC) government sector in Reston, VA is partnering with AES International Corporation on a $495M contract. The program provides security communications systems and services to, "deceive, deter, anticipate, deny, detect, delay, assess, deploy, neutralize and mitigate" potential threats at Air Force and other Department of Defense (DoD) sites throughout the world. AES International, as a subcontractor, is leading a team of Air Force Specialty contractors. Together they will design and install integrated security services and systems in multiple locations nationally and internationally. The contract is administered by the Air Force – Force Protection Services at Hanscom Air Force Base in Bedford, Massachusetts.

According to Aaron Tesnow, Business Development Director for AES International, they were the right fit for this partnership with SAIC.
